Registration
All prices includes VAT.
The registration fee includes attendance to all scientific sessions, lunches throughout the conference, refreshments during coffee breaks and a gala dinner.
*Students: need to provide a student ID card with visible dates of validity or any other certificate showing that you are enrolled as student for the year 2026/2027 at the time of pre-registration (in pdf, jpg or png format).
Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to a 750 NOK + VAT administration charge per person, transfers will be subject to a 1000 NOK + VAT administration fee per person, but no refunds or transfers can be made for cancellations notified within 14 days of the event.
Conference participants are responsible for their own hotel booking and payment.

Photo, Video and Advertising Waiver: by registering, you consent to receive communications regarding DigiDECOM events and grant DigiDECOM permission to use your statements about the event in advertising or any other type of promotional material. Be aware that the event may be partially recorded, and group pictures can be taken for promotion in social media. Unless you revoke this permission in writing, by virtue of your attendance you agree to the use of your likeness in such materials. You may unsubscribe at any time.
