Welcome to our yearly consortium meeting!
When: 16.-17. of November 2026
The meeting will begin at 10.00, with registration and mingling from 09.30.
Where: Lily Country Club, Væringvegen 44, 2040 Kløfta
Program:
The program will be developed over the coming months, but will include updates from the work packages, a general assembly, mingling sessions, planning of 2027 and a common dinner monday evening. We hope to see most of our partners represented, and look forward to catch up with all of you.
Registration fee:
Full meeting, both days: NOK 4.375,- (including dinner)
Day 1: NOK 1.500,- (not including dinner)
Day 2: NOK 1.500,-
The full fee includes meeting facilities, lunch, snacks, dinner and 2 units.

- Price double room: NOK 1.830,-
- Deadline: October 7th
We have a limited number of rooms reserved, and it would be wise to sign-up and book your room as early as possible. The venue is near Kløfta, but the closest hotels in the area are near Oslo airport. Rooms are released from our reservation October 7th.

Please have your credit card available when registering. Registration is binding and non-refundable.
