Registration/payment of fee, important information:

Please be aware that payment is by credit card Visa/Mastercard. Please have your credit card ready upon registration. Note that the registration and payment must be at the same time, or else the registration will automatically get inactive (within 15 minutes) If the registration time has expired, pleae try again the next day, or send an email to ronja.sveen.bye@ife.no for assistance. 

Deadline for registration is 31st July 2026!

Delegates:

• Registration fee 7000 NOK (incl. 25% VAT) fee for delegates on site
  The registration fee includes entry to all plenary and technical sessions, proceedings, banquet dinner on Thursday and the social programme. 

Accommodation:

Please note that a hotel room is automatically booked when you submit the registration form so please make sure that you enter the correct arrival and departure dates.
NOTE! Cost for hotel accommodation is to be paid directly to the hotel during your stay, including accompanying person(s). If you wish to arrive earlier than Sunday 11th of October, or stay longer than Friday 16th of October, contact the hotel directly per email and notify you are attending the EHPRG conference: hamar@scandichotels.com

Hotel prices for delegates: 

Delegates Sunday-Friday NOK 2,390,- per person, per night. Including full pension (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and use of hotel facilities. Starts with dinner Sunday 11^th of October and ends with breakfast the day you leave (also includes banquet dinner Thursday and the social programme).

Accompanying persons:

• Registration fee 1500 NOK (incl. 25% VAT) fee for accompanying persons - must be registered to be valid. The registration fee includes banquet dinner on Thursday and the social programme.

Accompanying persons cannot attend plenary and technical sessions and will not recieve a copy of the proceedings. For registration of accompanying persons, please use the button at the end of the registration form.

NOTE! You must register all accompanying persons/children separate in the registration form!

Hotel prices for accompanying persons:

Accompanying person per night NOK 1,050,- per person, per night sharing delegate’s room. Including full pension (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and use of hotel facilities. 
Children 0-4 years Monday-Friday NO CHARGE
Children 4-12 years Monday-Friday NOK 525,- per child per night (sharing parent's room)

Cancellation or changes to reservation:

Cancellation should be made through your confirmation email, follow the link and deregister. The deadline for full refund cancellation is 10th of September 2026. For cancellation after the 10th of September your fee will be credited, but deducted 1000,- NOK to cover administration costs.

If cancellation is made after the 10th of September 2026 the hotel room will be fully charged.

Changes to your reservation is to be made by email to ronja.sveen.bye@ife.no as soon as possible, and at least before 10th of September 2026.
