Registration and accomodation:

Please note that a hotel room is automatically booked when you submit the registration form so please make sure that you click the correct days for your stay. Cost for hotel accommodation is to be paid directly to the hotel when checking out. 

Hotel prices:
Per night per person single room: NOK 2570,- per person. Including full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and use of hotel commodities
Per night per person in double room: 2410,- per person. Including full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and use of hotel commodities

Cancellation or changes to reservation:
Cancellation should be made through your confirmation email, follow the link and deregister. The deadline for cancellation is 26th April. Cancellation after this deadline you will be fully charged for your stay. 

Changes to your reservation is to be made by email to ronja.sveen.bye@ife.no as soon as possible, and at least before 6th May 2024.
