Please be aware that payment is only accepted by credit card via PayPal. If you do not have a paypal account, use the guest payment option when you get to the payment site.
Please have your credit card ready upon registration.
Please note that the registration and payment must be at the same time, or else the registration will automatically get inactive (within 15 minutes). If the registration time has expired, please send an email to email@example.com or wait until the next working day.
All payments will be done in NOK.

Cancellation or changes to reservation:
Possible cancellation or changes should be made by email to the conference coordinator as soon as possible, and at least 14 days before arrival.
There is a 100 EUR fee for cancellation for covering administration and dinner fees. To change your registration, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please note, that in order to register, we need to collect some personal information
such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, affiliation. In addition, we need to know if you have any dietary requirements.
Be aware that the event may be partialy recorded and group picture can be take for promotion in social media.
In order to keep you informed of our future events, we would like to keep your name, e-mail address and affiliation in our system. You may unsubscribe at any time. All other information will be deleted no later than 6 months after the conference.
